Front Desk | Licensed Esthetician | Hybrid Opportunity

The Brow Slayer Studio is currently accepting applications for Front Desk and Licensed Esthetician / Waxing Specialist roles.

We are open to hiring:

• An experienced, licensed esthetician

• A front desk team member

• Or, if the right fit applies, a hybrid front desk/esthetician role

Front Desk Position

The Front Desk team plays a critical role in delivering a consistent, elevated client experience. This role focuses on daily operations, client communication, and supporting the service team.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in clients professionally

• Managing appointments, confirmations, reschedules, and pre-booking

• Answering phones and handling client inquiries

• Supporting daily opening and closing procedures

• Maintaining a clean, organized front desk and lobby

• Assisting with inventory, retail presentation, and administrative tasks

• Supporting basic social media and Canva content as needed

Licensed Esthetician & Waxing Specialist

We are also accepting applications for a Licensed Esthetician / Waxing Specialist. Licensure is required for this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing brow and body waxing services with precision and consistency

• Upholding all studio service protocols, policies, and values

• Managing appointment flow efficiently and professionally

• Recommending retail products using the “What, Why, How” method

• Upselling services when appropriate to enhance the client experience

• Maintaining a clean, organized treatment room and shared spaces

• Participating in trainings, team meetings, and continued education

Hybrid Opportunity (Front Desk → Esthetician)

In some cases, we may hire a licensed esthetician into a hybrid front desk/esthetician role, beginning at the front desk with the goal of transitioning into services once training, performance standards, and studio readiness are met.

This path is structured and intentional and is not guaranteed for all applicants.

Professional Expectations (All Roles)

• Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled shifts — punctuality is non-negotiable

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times

• Deliver consistent, high-quality client communication

• Use downtime productively (education, cleaning, assisting teammates)

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire studio

• Represent yourself and The Brow Slayer Studio professionally at all times

Availability Requirements (Important)

• Saturday availability is required for all roles

• Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends is preferred.

• Schedules are built with overlap to support consistent coverage, team support, and approved time off

Requirements

• Waxing Specialist applicants must hold a valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License

• Weekend (Saturday) availability required

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable with technology and booking software

• Passion for learning, growth, and maintaining high standards
