Children in the Studio
Although we love children, the studio is not a fun place for them. For your scheduled appointments we ask that you leave your little ones at home. This will also help us focus on you, the client, and provide the quality service you have come to expect.
The studio is a working environment for our service providers. So, for the safety of your children, and the requirements of our insurance company, please arrange childcare for your appointments and please reach out to us to reschedule with 24-hour notice if you are unable to do so. Appointment & Cancellation Policies
Please give notice-
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 50% service charge for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. Deliberately not confirming an appointment does not equate to cancellation.
We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone during business hours to avoid the cancellation fee. While we’re happy to assist with rescheduling or cancellations during our regular hours, any requests made outside of business hours must be done through our online booking system. Text messages received after hours, on Sundays, or on Mondays are not monitored in real time and may still result in a cancellation fee if they do not provide sufficient notice.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
A valid card on file is required to hold any appointment. If we do not have one on file, you will be asked to provide it 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in cancellation.
In some cases, we may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve an appointment, especially for clients who have repeatedly canceled or rescheduled.

Friday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM

Please be on time-
Always plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for check-in & to use the restroom if needed. Out of respect for our time and other clients time, if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, we will not have enough time to wax you and you will be charged the late notice fee in accordance with our cancellation policy. In fairness, we do not discriminate; no exceptions will be made for any late cancellations, reschedules, or no shows.
Please confirm your appointment-
Reminder texts, emails, and push notifications are sent out 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please confirm your appointment or reschedule when you receive the reminder to reduce late cancel charges and no show fees.
Not confirming an appointment does not equal cancellation.
Package & Voucher Terms
All prepaid packages, series, bundles, and promotional offerings (collectively referred to as “Packages”) are issued and treated as vouchers.
Voucher Use & Expiration
Each Package has a fixed expiration date, which varies by Package type.
Expiration dates are based on recommended service intervals.
Expired vouchers are void and cannot be redeemed.
Transfers & Refunds
Packages and vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
Packages have no cash value.
No refunds will be issued for unused, partially used, or expired Packages.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (Package Appointments)
Appointments booked using a Package must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deduction of one service from the Package.
Each late cancellation or no-show results in the loss of one service per occurrence.
For Package appointments, service deductions apply in place of monetary cancellation fees.
Appointment Eligibility & Service Refusal
If a service cannot be performed due to factors including, but not limited to:
Insufficient hair length
Use of contraindicated medications
Skin conditions or safety concerns
the appointment will be considered redeemed unless rescheduled within the required rescheduling window.
Appointments not rescheduled within this window are not eligible for refunds, credits, or Package reinstatement.
Package Use
Packages may only be applied to the specific service(s) designated at time of purchase.
Services included in a Package cannot be exchanged for other services.
Each completed or redeemed appointment counts as one service from the Package.
Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment or purchasing a Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Package & Voucher Policy.
